My work is purely intuitive. I see a stone of hear a story and I instantaneously get an image. An image that forms a concrete and tangible translation of my feelings and emotions at that moment. 

I think intuition has a symbolic structure, which is basically the same for all people. Like a huge chest of drawers, with which everyone is born. During your life, the drawers are filled with experiences, stories, scents and colours. Every human, every culture on his or her own way. 

Creativity for me is nothing else but playing with 'my' chest of drawers. Personal images come out. Yet, the symbolism makes them recognizable for other people.

My intention is to give everyone the freedom to give his or her own personal interpretation and meaning to them.
